Walking Football

Walking Football is a modified version of soccer that doesn’t involve running or tackling. Aimed at women and men over 50, this fun game provides the opportunity to support and maintain mobility skills through walking, stopping, turning and transferring of weight. All of which may improve balance and reduce the risk of falls. Join us on Wednesdays to enjoy playing alongside others who have discovered the benefits of Walking Football.

Time: 12.15 pm to 1.45 pm

Body GROOVE is a very simple and fun dance class that is totally different to any workout you have tried.
