Gourmet Gippsland

As part of the Knox Over 55s Zest4Life program, we are running a gourmet tour of Gippsland whereby we will be stopping for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (at own expense) while enjoying some of Gippsland’s scenery. These are two separate bus tours.

We are accepting bookings for this event from 30 November 2018.

You will need to purchase your own morning/afternoon teas and lunch. We suggest you bring around $40.

Knox City Council has playgroup sessions where parents, carers and grandparents with babies and children 0-5 years are welcome to attend.

You will find a fun, friendly playgroup operating from many locations across the municipality, with times and days to suit you.

Playgroup provides a safe, stimulating environment that allows parents, carers, babies and children the opportunity to:

Babies and Children
Learn to play and socialise with other children
Increase their skills and confidence
Extend language and early literacy through words, books and stories
Are supported to enjoy active play and share healthy snacks
Experience children with diverse needs and different cultures

Parents and Carers
Build relationships and meet new friends
Access parenting information, resources and support
Learn about childhood development
Experience community involvement

Playgroup sessions can include:
Indoor and outdoor play • Play dough and puzzles • Snack time
Story time and books • Music and movement • Art and craft activities
