Towards a Zero Waste Life

What is Memory?

This course will examine the PERMA Model which identifies the five essential elements to well-being. They are: Positive Emotions (P), Engagement (E), Positive Relationships (R), Meaning (M), and Achievement/Accomplishments (A). It has been suggested that by focusing on the five elements we can flourish in life and discover happiness.
