My Life Workshop

Our lives are a series of stories from which we create meaning and purpose. Stories are at the heart of human existence. This workshop will provide an opportunity to use our hearts and minds to consider the story of our lives and begin the experience of writing in ways that are meaningful and appropriate for you to tell your life story. Includes free morning tea.

Dementia Friends with Dementia Australia

By having a better understanding of dementia, you are empowered to do small, everyday things that can make a difference to someone with dementia. Invigor8
Wednesday, September 19, 2018 Invigor8 takes place each Wednesday for eight-weeks (Wed 19 Sept to Wed 7 Nov) and is an exercise and education program designed for people living with Type 2 diabetes. The group will teach participants how to safely exercise with Type 2 diabetes as well as suggest effective exercises for good blood sugar control. The group is run by our university trained exercise physiologist.
