My Life Workshop

Invigor8
Wednesday, September 19, 2018 Invigor8 takes place each Wednesday for eight-weeks (Wed 19 Sept to Wed 7 Nov) and is an exercise and education program designed for people living with Type 2 diabetes. The group will teach participants how to safely exercise with Type 2 diabetes as well as suggest effective exercises for good blood sugar control. The group is run by our university trained exercise physiologist.
