Being a not-for-profit community groups does not mean that the group is not financially accountable. In fact community groups are facing the need for increasingly complex financial management practices and reporting requirements. If you are a committee member of a sporting club, local school or early year’s group, a church, or another not-for-profit community group, then attending this workshop is a must!
This workshop will enable participants to learn the skills and tools needed to track the income and expenditure, determine working budgets, what is needed to comply with accountability requirements and prepare reports to various stakeholders.
No previous financial experience is necessary! | |
