The Ferntree Gully Cemetery is located at the foothills of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges on Forest Road in the heart of the lower Ferntree Gully shopping precinct. Council took over responsibility as Trustee of the cemetery in July 1982. The Ferntree Gully Cemetery Trust Committee was appointed by Council in 1999 to oversee the management of the cemetery.

On this site you can find information about the rich local history of the cemetery, the release of new grave sites and how to locate a deceased family member or friend buried in the cemetery. For further information regarding the Ferntree Gully Cemetery please telephone 03 9298 8000.
