Kerry Stubbings

Kerry Stubbings commenced as Director of Community Services in September, 2007.

Kerry has extensive experience working at a senior level in a wide range of community service and community development programs in Local Government, State Government and the community sector. Kerry’s experience encompasses strategic planning, policy development, project management, facility development as well as the management of service delivery.

Her key interests include facilitating the provision of quality services and programs which support individuals, families and communities to enjoy health and wellbeing in a supportive, vibrant and inclusive community.

In her position as Director of Community Services, Kerry is responsible for Council programs encompassing family and children’s services, healthy ageing, aged and disability services, arts and culture, recreation and leisure, library services, community wellbeing, access and equity, social planning and community safety.

Kerry’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Education (Monash) and Graduate Diploma in Management (RMIT). She is a member of the Local Government Professional Association (LGPro) and the Local Government Community Services Association of Australia (LGCSAA).
