Knox City Council aims to provide the highest quality sports fields possible to cater for the community’s wide-ranging activities. Due to drought conditions in recent years this task has been made increasingly difficult, with Council closely monitoring usage of sports fields.

Council’s Parks and Leisure Service Units continue to assess the condition of sports fields and their use on a fortnightly basis in order to not only continue sporting activities at the facility, but also to maintain a level of safety for participants involved as well as maintaining Council assets.
