National Tree Day this year will be supported by Knox City Council at Wally Tew Reserve (Mel Ref 74B5)
Public access via Burwood Hwy
Parking available from Glenfern Road, Ferntree Gully

Date: Sunday 28 July 2013

Time: 10am to 2pm

Entertainment will include music from the Victorian Jazz Archive's 'The Archive Jazzers', face-painting, a sausage sizzle by The Basin CFA, tree planting, indigneous cultural activities, campfire poetry, eco/cultural tours, school performances and more!

So come along and support your local environment by planting a tree and bring the family for a great day out!

(Be sure to wear clothing suitable for the weather, sturdy footwear (preferably gumboots) and gardening gloves).
