| New Preschool in Bayswater | | A new preschool is opening in the next year within the grounds of Bayswater Primary School in Birch Street. It is a joint initiative of Council and the Victorian Government's Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. When completed, the preschool will provide an exciting new space for chidlren to attend for up to 15 hours every week. This preschool is unique as a partnered approach within the primary school environment.
