| The Knox City Council and Community Festival and Events Plan 2007 – 2011 contains a recommended approach for the Knox City Council and Community Festival and Event Program. The Plan provides a vision for the future and a series of actions to achieve the vision. It establishes the case for an increase to the total resources available, particularly to those accessed by the community to stage events.
