Justices of the Peace and Bail Justices

Knox Document Signing Service

Up to 25 local Justices have volunteered their time to provide a regular weekly service at different times throughout the week to support residents wanting to have either statutory declarations, affidavits, true copies etc signed.

Please Note: During the listed Document Signing the attending JP may not be able to witness a large number of documents - more than 15 signatures. If residents have a large number of documents requiring the JP to witness or sign, please contact a JP in your area by phoning 1300 365 567.

Alternatively go to justice.vic.gov.au/justices, search for a JP by clicking Find a Justice of the Peace (JP) and make an arrangement to meet a JP to assist you.

Our JP signing service will be unavailable at the Knox Civic Centre over Christmas. The last day will be Tuesday 17 December and will recommence on Monday 20 January 2020.

Please note: There are restrictions on documents from Births, Deaths & Marriages - these need to be attended to by a JP at a Police Station.
