Getting to the Festival

  • Parking is limited - where possible please walk, ride or take public transport to the event.
  • Bike Parking Bays - are located near Fulham Road entry (please BYO bike lock).
  • Free Shuttle Bus - loops from Knox Civic Centre to the event - see the bus timetable below
  • Accessible Parking - The accessible car park is located via the Fulham Road Entry
  • If driving, please observe parking restrictions as usual restrictions in residential areas apply.


Stringybark Festival welcomes patrons of all abilities, and we are keen support a great event day for all, by providing the following accessibility features:

  • Accessible Amenities are available in the Rowville Community Centre and permanent toilet block near the playground
  • Accessible Parking is available in the Rowville Community Centre car park. Enter via Fulham Rd. Parking is limited.
  • Permanent sealed paths assist patrons make their way around the festival, including a new path leading up to the playground, however some activities take place on grassed/uneven surfaces and inside the Rowville Community Centre.
  • A Chill Out Space is available inside the Rowville Community Centre for those seeking refuge from busy crowds and noisy activities.
  • Rowville Community Centre Access Key is a resource to help those seeking a planned and calm approach to festival participation.
