Carer Flow and Tone Exercise Classes

Would you like an opportunity to exercise with other carers in a safe and supported environment at Knox Leisureworks?

In Term 1, carers can attend free "Flow and Tone" classes with Lisa Davis from Limber Fitness including a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Relaxation. Beginners are welcome.

Dadsfit - Free fitness for Dads

Do you care for a son or daughter who has a disability or mental illness?

Would you like the opportunity to work out with other dads?

Physical exercise can help you reduce stress, improve your health & wellbeing, gain strength and feel better!

Join other dads for free fitness suitable for beginners. BYO drink bottle and dress comfortably.

Pathways for Carers - Knox Walks

The Pathways for Carers project offers carers of people with a disability or mental illness an opportunity to share walks together and to learn more about news, services and supports available to carers.

We will be joined on the walk by representatives from local organisations.

The walk is along Liberty Avenue Reserve starting at Braeburn Avenue Rowville - Read FAQ and more information.

Stay after the walk for a free coffee at Froth and Grind.
