Community Group Training Program

What is the Community Group Training Program?

The Community Group Training Program is a series of workshops presented over the year that are designed to benefit volunteer and not-for-profit community groups and clubs who provide services or programs in Knox.

If you are a volunteer or work for a not-for-profit community group such as a local club or committee this program will be suitable for you.

The workshops provide opportunities to learn new skills, build upon and further develop the skills of members within groups, and to meet and network with other community groups throughout Knox. There is a wide range of workshops available and all eligible groups and volunteers are encouraged to participate.

All workshops are held at the Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South.

For further information contact the Community Development Officer, Community Strengthening Team at commskills@knox.vic.gov.au or on 9298 8000.
