Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 March 2017

Wally Tew Reserve - Ferntree Gully (Melway 74 B5).
Saturday 10am - 10pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm,

They say that home is where the heart is and for the big hearted residents of Knox we invite you to enjoy two big days out and this year we joyfully celebrate under the theme Home Sweet Home.

Whether you live, work and play in Knox, this year’s festival promises a giant smorgasbord of fun, food and festivities. We have Circus to flip your tummy, a re-enactment village to send you back in time, interactive digital hubs, indigenous reptiles and live stages thriving with home grown talent. We can’t wait to see you there!

Transport options

Car parking is limited around the festival site, so taking public transport or riding your bike would be a great way to get to all the festivities.

Bike Valet Parking is available at the Knox Festival located inside the Lyndale Ct Entrance. Remember to drop off your completed passport from the Oppy Bike Ride for your chance to win a new bike!

The Knox Community Bus can take you straight from the Ferntree Gully Train Station to the festival between 10am and 5pm. Two wheelchairs per trip on the bus; however accessible parking is on site at the festival through the Burwood Highway gate. For bus times, here is the Community Bus timetable.

Tips for a great day out

  • It will be warm – remember sun screen and stay hydrated.
  • Take a screen capture of the Festival map for easy access to find your way around the site - View Knox Festival Map
