The City of Knox provides many opportunities for people to participate in lifelong learning.

 Community Skills Workshops - Building Skills, Leadership and Connections
 Learn Local...Community and Neighbourhood Houses in Knox
Neighbourhood Houses and Community Learning Centres
Knox has a number of local community and neighbourhood houses that offer a great range of affordable programs for people of all ages.

The programs offered can range from art and crafts, health, fitness and personal development to certificate courses in computer skills and vocational training, with day, evening and weekend sessions. All Houses in Knox offer child care and/or children’s programs.
 
Community Skills Development Program
The Knox City Council Community Skills Development Program provides a number of low-cost or free workshops to assist community groups to further develop their skills. There is a wide range of workshops available and all eligible groups and volunteers are encouraged to participate.
