Walking Football

What is Walking Football?

Walking Football is a modified version of soccer that doesn’t involve running or tackling.

Aimed at women and men aged over 50, Walking Football provides the opportunity to support and maintain mobility skills through walking, stopping, turning and transferring of weight - all of which improves balance and reduces the risk of falls.

  • Date Every Wednesday starting 29 January 2020 (except school holidays)
  • Time 12:15pm - 1:45pm
  • Address Knoxfield 55 Plus Club, Carrington Park Gym, 20 O'Connor Road, Knoxfield
  • Cost $2 per session of FREE for U3A Members
  • Info Runs for 20 weeks except during school holidays
