If you call us about an emergency outside of these hours, you will be transferred to our after-hours service.

Our customer service counter is open between 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
We aim to serve you within 5 minutes of arrival.
There is free 2-hour parking at the front of the Civic Centre near the main entrance. There are also multiple accessible car parks.
