Getting to the Knox Carols

Find out how to get to and from Knox Carols by Candlelight with easy transportation options and tips.

  • Parking is limited - where possible please walk, ride or take public transport to the event.
  • Accessible parking - The accessible car park is located via the Burwood Highway entrance.
  • If driving - please observe parking restrictions as usual restrictions in residential areas apply. There is no general parking available at the festival.
  • Main entrance – is located at the north end of Brenock Park Drive, providing pedestrians direct access to the Carols oval.


Knox Carols by Candlelight celebrates International Day of People with Disability, through offering some key event features to support our community:

  • Event Access Key helps plan a calm, informed experience for those with access needs. Find the Access Key
  • Accessible parking is located within with reserve with close access to oval, please enter and exit via Burwood Highway entrance.
  • Permanent sealed paths assist patrons making their way around the festival site, including a new path connecting the accessible car park to the oval.
  • A Chill out space is available, providing patrons an opportunity to break away from the event.
  • Auslan Interpreters will be on stage throughout the main show program
  • A permanent Changing Places is located near the Wally Tew windmill, along with other accessible amenities available around the event site (see map)
  • Access Support Crew on site at the event to help support your accessibility needs

We ask that you leave your pets at home. An ATM is available on site.
