Knox Youth Film Festival – Green Foot Flicks

Green Foot Flicks is a bi-annual Youth Film Festival held during National Youth Week.

It is organised by the Knox Youth Events Crew.

About the festival

Short films are created by young people aged 10 – 25 who live, work, study or hang out in the City of Knox.

It is a great opportunity to celebrate the creativity of young filmmakers and showcase their work to the community of Knox.

Films can be of any genre or style, as long as they are no longer than 10 minutes and have a rating no higher than PG.

The films are judged by the Knox Youth Events Crew and winners are presented at a public screening at a cinema.

The Youth Events Crew plan and run the Green Foot Flicks Film Festival with the support of Knox City Council Youth Services.

Music

Finding music to use in your films can be difficult because music is copyrighted to the artist who created them.
