Move Your Way - Activities for Carers
Are you a parent or carer in Knox? Come and join an activity where you can meet other parents and carers, as part of our Move Your Way program.
People who are providing care to a family member in Knox are welcome to attend free sessions to get moving and meet other carers.
Pathways for Carers Walk
Pathways For Carers is a monthly walking opportunity for carers to enjoy time with peers and meet guest speakers.
Knox Carers Exercise Class
This weekly exercise group is run by a qualified instructor both online via Zoom on Mondays and in-person on Wednesdays at Knox Leisureworks. An opportunity to make new connections with other carers, while building your strength and fitness.
