Cultural differences can influence how we understand mental health and how we provide support.

As part of Mental Health Month 2022, this online Zoom webinar will provide culturally responsive information and advice for Asian Australians who are seeking to:

  • improve their understanding of what mental health and wellbeing means for Asian Australians
  • find out how to support themselves and others
  • get tips on how to have mental health conversations with parents and family.

This webinar will be presented by Shapes and Sounds, an organisation that represents Asian Australian mental health and wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions of the expert panelists.
