Backyard Tucker is an online cooking class hosted by chef Lillie Giang.
On the menu is Stuffed Flatbread with Warrigal Greens.
This activity can be done in your own home, in line with the current Victorian Government Covid-19 restrictions.

Lillie, who is of Cantonese and Vietnamese descent, is a successful chef and highly regarded cooking teacher. Lillie has been a part of the Stringybark family for 8 years, leading the Backyard Tucker stage, educating patrons on reducing food waste, using native and local produce, and eating well. Lillie is passionate about food related environmental sustainability initiatives and is actively involved in Future Edible Food and War on Waste.
Stringybark Snippets is an annual event that celebrates all things homemade, home grown and upcycled in the City of Knox.
Share a photo of your home made flatbread to the Knox Arts and Events Facebook page to go into the running for a voucher from the Knox Environment Society (KES) Indigenous Nursery.
Terms and conditions:
Participants must either live, work, study or play (eg. sports, music classes, art classes etc) within the City of Knox.
Photo or videos must be submitted to the Knox Arts and Events Facebook page by post or message by 5:00pm Sunday 17 October to be in the running.
Participants under 18 must have permission to send their photo/video from their parent/guardian.
Please note that by submitting your photo or video for Stringybark Snippets you are hereby agreeing that Council has permission to use the photo or video in any way on Council owned platforms including website and social media.
Council will monitor and edit all material to ensure control and security of uploaded content.
