Join the Friends of Glenfern Green Wedge to help identify and record endangered bird species.

Ferny Creek supports a wide diversity of birdlife through its waterways and habitat corridors. This includes migrating species with Japan and China.

The Friends of Glenfern Green Wedge have surveyed this stretch of Ferny Creek for 5 years under the guidance of Birdlife Australia. They are a keen group of community scientists!

By taking part in this event you can help discover these important species and help conserve their environment.

The route starts at the retarding basin and travels west along Ferny Creek in a route developed by Birdlife Australia.

Bookings are essential.
