Free Mental Health & Wellbeing Community Session for Local Clubs

We invite our local sporting community to join this free session on mental health management and support, with emphasis on its implications within our local sporting clubs.

Our mental health impacts every aspect of our lives – and in turn, every aspect of our lives impacts our mental health.  

Knox’s Sporting Club Mental Health Awareness Program, developed in response to the needs raised by the COVID-19 pandemic, aims to provide support and education surrounding mental health through local sporting clubs within the Knox community. 

Delivered by Leisure Networks, with content by Headspace, this free session will cover:  

  • The connection between community sport and mental health  

  • How to build a supportive club culture  

  • How to look after yourself and others  

  • Who, where and when to reach out to for help
