Due to record rainfall, we're behind in our mowing schedule. We're unable to use our mowers while the ground is saturated and the long grass takes longer to mow. Our crews are working hard to catch up. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How are you, really? Self-care information session for the Knox Indian community

Join us for a free workshop that gives an insight into self-care and supporting your wellbeing.

We don’t always have control over what happens to us in life but we can learn new ways to bounce back from challenges and help ourselves, and others.

This workshop will cover:

  • What is wellbeing?
  • What is stress? Stress can be a normal and natural part of our daily lives, but when does stress become a problem?
  • What impacts someone’s wellbeing?
  • General wellbeing information.

If you require an interpreter, please advise
