Open to anyone involved in a sporting club in Knox, this free session will teach you how to look after mental health and build a supportive club culture.

If you are involved in a sporting club in Knox, you can attend a free session to learn more about mental health and wellbeing.

In the session, you will learn how to:

  • build a supportive culture at your sporting club
  • look after your own mental health
  • look after the mental health of others
  • identify how and when to get help.

The sessions are open to anyone involved in a sporting club in Knox, including:

  • volunteers
  • parents
  • coaches
  • officials
  • players.

You only need to attend one session. Register now for a session that best suits you.
