The benefits of mindfulness include reduced stress, greater focus, increased happiness and emotional regulation.
These workshops explore different ways to practice mindfulness and develop a practice in daily life. All levels of experience welcome.
This is week 2 of the course. You are welcome to one or all of the sessions.

- Wednesday 18 August 2021 – Mindfulness and compassion
- Wednesday 25 August 2021 – Mindfulness and the senses.
