The benefits of mindfulness include reduced stress, greater focus, increased happiness and emotional regulation.

These workshops explore different ways to practice mindfulness and develop a practice in daily life. All levels of experience welcome.

This is week 3 of the course.  You are welcome to one or all of the sessions.

The remaining sessions are: 

  • Wednesday 18 August 2021 – Mindfulness and compassion
  • Wednesday 25 August 2021 – Mindfulness and the senses.

This is a free event.

This activity is part of the Knox Over 55s Zest4Life program.
