Learn more about mindfulness as a powerful wellbeing tool. Our workshops introduce the important elements of mindfulness and how to develop a daily practice.

The benefits of mindfulness include reduced stress, greater focus, increased happiness and emotional regulation.

These workshops explore different ways to practice mindfulness and develop a practice in daily life. All levels of experience welcome.

There is a different session each week - come to one or come to all.

  • Wednesday 4 August 2021 – Introduction to mindfulness
  • Wednesday 11 August 2021 – Mindfulness of the body
  • Wednesday 18 August 2021 – Mindfulness and compassion
  • Wednesday 25 August 2021 – Mindfulness and the senses.

This is a free event.

This activity is part of the Knox Over 55s Zest4Life program.
