Yoga
Come along and try our mindful movement education through yoga in the park. These sessions will focus on developing a gentle, mindful, practice, which encourages you to move with greater ease and freedom. The yoga postures and relaxation techniques are designed to bring a sense of connection and balance to the body and mind.
Community Learning Centre Tai Chi
Try out a class with our experienced Tai Chi trainer and discover the benefits that this ancient art has on the body and mind.
This session will provide an introduction to Tai Chi movements, breathing and relaxation techniques, and strategies to improve your balance and posture.
Traditional Karate
For ages 6+, Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate helps bring balance and harmony to your body, mind and spirit.
Eastern Kung Fu
Sessions for ages 13+ incorporating both Wing Chun, a martial art for your mind and body that promotes confidence, relaxation and mindfulness - and Tai Chi, a form of moving meditation that incorporates deep breathing and slow movement for mindfulness.

Venue accessibility
These venues may not all be wheelchair and pram accessible as there are limited paved paths within some of our reserves.
