As part of Mental Health Week 2022, join this free webinar on how to help young people find a healthy relationship with food.

This session will be presented by Sophie Rindfleish, an accredited practicing dietitian.

We will cover:

  • understanding body positivity and body neutrality
  • how to talk about food, bodies and exercise.
  • how to  find out about the warning signs of a disordered relationship with food
  • how to seek and find support
  • how to get kids involved in the kitchen
  • school lunch ideas
  • and a chance to ask questions.

With a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Dietetics, Sophie Rindfleish runs a busy online practice, working in the gut health and disordered eating space.

Having struggled as a teenager with a poor relationship with food and her body, Sophie is very passionate about helping others find peace with food.
