Wellness festival for mothers and daughters

A free wellness day about self-care and body image for girls aged 10 to 13, who are beginning to explore social media and ask questions about their body image.

As part of Mental Health Month 2022 we are offering a free wellness day about self care and body image.

Explore ways to navigate the early teenage years to promote positive body image and self-confidence.

Explore the role of food, movement, connections and self-talk as ways young girls can look after themselves.

This workshop is free to attend however registration is required.

Attendees must be accompanied by a female or non binary parent, guardian or carer.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a yoga mat.
