This World Mental Health Day, Thursday 10 October, join other carers from across Knox who are caring for someone with mental health or substance use issues.
The Carers Forum has been designed by carers for carers.
Come along to this free event to hear presentations by carers with lived experiences, discover services you can access and enjoy a light lunch. Service providers who will be attending on the day include:
