- Grants for local not-for-profit organisations now open
The annual Community Development Fund (CDF) Program is now accepting grant applications for 2022-23.
The CDF Program offers grants for not-for-profit community groups to help support local activities and events in Knox.
The grants aim to support and fund projects that will benefit Knox residents and encourage community connection and inclusion.
There are three categories of grants available:
- Category 1 – General projects, programs, activities or equipment – from $3,000 up to $20,000
- Category 2 – Community Festivals and Events – up to $15,000 (for events that been run for at least three years)
- Category 3 – Community Group Functions – up to $5,000
Grants are primarily for one-off events and are not intended for recurrent funding (except for Category 2 events).
