- Knox Seniors Festival returns next month!
This year, we’re incredibly excited to welcome back our in-person Knox Seniors Festival, with this year’s theme; Grow Old Gloriously!
Launching Monday 3 October at the Carrington Park Precinct – the launch will see us transform the venue of Carrington Park into a come-and-try fiesta with free activities throughout the day in all venues of the precinct (indoor and outdoor).
We encourage our seniors to come along, try new activities, learn new skills and have fun! The program of events will run from 9:30am - 3:00pm, offering guests the opportunity to register for a single event or stay for the day and attend as many as they like.
On the day, we’ll additionally have service providers on site at various ‘pop up’ booths to accommodate on-hand sharing of knowledge from groups that operate within the community to help seniors remain healthy, active and informed.
To view our full list of Council events running until 29 October, visit the Knox Seniors Festival Events Calendar. For more information, visit Knox Seniors Festival.
For any questions, please contact Sally Clark on [email protected] or 9298 8828.
We look forward to welcoming you all to Grow Old Gloriously!
