- Name a new area in Ferntree Gully Cemetery
We are inviting our community to help choose a meaningful name for the new ashes internment area in the Cemetery. Feedback closes on 22 July.
As the Trustee of Ferntree Gully Cemetery, Council recently constructed a new area for ashes interment within the Cemetery.
The new area is located next to the main gateway of the cemetery on Forest Road, and contains 49 ashes interment areas.
Share your thoughts on the proposed names for the new area ‘The Gateway’ or ‘The Ferns’. Alternatively, you can suggest a name for the new area.
