- Seniors’ Fitness and Fun Session
Exercising outdoors is great for your mental and physical health. It can improve your mood and reduce stress.
As part of the Knox Seniors Festival, come down to Carrington Park on Tuesday 15 October. Throughout the morning:
- you will have the opportunity to try the Seniors Exercise Park equipment,
- hear an insightful nutrition talk from EACH and
- explore other activities onsite including pickleball, racquetball, and the interactive court compliments of the Victorian Raquet Club.
This is a free event.
When: Tuesday 15 October
Time: 10am - 12.30pm
Where: Carrington Park Leisure Centre, 20 O'Connor Rd, Knoxfield

Seniors Exercise Park come and try sessions are also taking place each Tuesday between 10am – 11am until the 18 December. Spend 30 minutes with a senior champion who will show you how to use the exercise stations no matter what your fitness level. No bookings required for these sessions.
