The Nature Pact is a joint initiative with Council and the People and Parks Foundation to encourage you to commit to spending more time in your local green space. It is a commitment to spend 30 minutes in nature each day for 30 days.
Research shows that it takes up to 30 days to create a habit. So taking 30 minutes each day for 30 days will hopefully change your pact into a habit!
Knox has so many wonderful bushland reserves and open spaces to enjoy, so this is the perfect opportunity to explore nature within your 10km radius and take some time back for yourself.
