- Understanding sports mental health and wellbeing
If you are involved in a sporting club in Knox, we invite you attend a free workshop to learn more about mental health and wellbeing. The workshop has been developed by headspace and is focused on supporting sporting clubs and members.
In the session, you will learn how to:
• build a supportive culture at your sporting club
• look after your own mental health
• look after the mental health of others
• identify how and when to get help
The sessions are open to anyone involved in a sporting club in Knox.
When: Wednesday 8 June
Where: Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South
Time: 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm
This is a free event but registrations are essential. Book now
