Did you know you can recycle some e-Waste and other household items for free at the Knox Transfer Station?
Located at 251 George Street, Wantirna South
Acceptable items include
- TVs, computers, laptops & monitors § car batteries
- X-rays
- Metal
- Cardboard, books, and paper
- Other household recyclable items
Please note, not all e-Waste items are accepted for free, some larger whitegoods such as fridges attract a fee. For details visit the Knox Transfer Station fees page
They also have a second-hand shop to find pre-loved treasures for your home to upcycle. It's open 10am - 3pm Monday to Sunday https://www.knoxtransferstation.com.au/our-services/treasure-chest/
