Outdoor Gym Equipment in Knox

The first outdoor gym in the City of Knox is now ready for everyone to use, for free! The outdoor gym consists of four separate stations in an easily accessible circuit across Rowville. The fitness stations are located at Liberty Reserve near the playground, Liberty Reserve near Magdalena Place, the reserve at Jackie Close and Emerson Reserve next to Wellington Village. The circuit is connected by shared pathways for easy access to walkers, runners and cyclists.

Knox City Council is currently evaluating the outdoor gym in Rowville to find out who is using it, whether it is meeting community needs and if it is increasing physical activity levels.
