About the procedure
Council uses this procedure to protect all persons who attend Early Year Services from exposure to the sun by:
- using sun protection measures during the day
- providing steps for managing outdoor activities
- providing outdoor shade for children, educators and other adults
- minimising UV risk and associated harms.
