- Move Your Way Launches Across Knox
Knox is incredibly excited - and proud - to launch our latest campaign, Move Your Way.
A program offering free activities for individuals, parents, families and children of all ages across Knox - Move Your Way has over 180 sessions on offer, including both indoor and outdoor activities.
From kids mini sports, yoga, lawn bowls, ta-chi and women’s self-defense – the program ensures something for everyone, at any ability.
So come along, try something new and have some fun!
The last two years have been challenging for most. We hope this program encourages our community to look after themselves, and each other, in whatever way suits them best.
To help inspire a little more movement in your every day, we’ve also created a free tracker which you can download to record your movement each day – however this may look for you.
For more information or to view the full program timetable, visit knox.vic.gov.au/move-your-way.
We hope to see you soon.
