Before you start
To make a valid FOI request to access Government documents, provide enough information about the documents, or category of documents, and date range you need.
Fees
An invoice for the application fee will be issued after your FOI request is submitted.
The application fee is required unless there are special circumstances where payment of such a fee would cause hardship, which would enable the fee to be waived or appropriately reduced.
Search fees will be charged on an hourly rate and a deposit may be requested.

Privacy statement
The personal information requested on this form is being collected by Knox City Council for the purpose of processing your Freedom of Information request and will be used for that primary purpose or directly related purposes. The personal information collected may be disclosed to third parties if your requests is transferred to another agency for processing, if mandatory notification is required or if permitted by law. If the information is not collected Council will be unable to process your request.
