Visit the Knox Civic Centre Customer Service Counter located at our council offices at 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South VIC 3152.
Check-in using the Services Victoria app and proof of vaccination status are no longer required to attend the Knox Civic Centre. For more information visit our COVID-19 information page.
Opening hours
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The counter is closed on public holidays.

Please be aware that not all issues that can be reported using this app are Council's responsibility. This will affect our response time and ability to resolve the issue.
