How long will the production run?
e.g. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Include street address, reserve names or privately owned land. If filming over multiple days, include the date/s for each location.
Will the production involve any of the following?

Use of drones may require approval from Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) or be operated by a qualified drone pilot. Visit the CASA website for more information.

Stunts or other safety concerns will require approval from Victoria Police or other State Government agencies.

Will the production erect any temporary structures such as tents or marquees at the unit base?

Any temporary structures must be secured by weights only - NOT pegs or stakes.

e.g. camera cranes, scaffolding, lighting towers.
Will the production require traffic or pedestrian management?

You may require approval from Council’s Traffic and Transport team

e.g. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Risk and insurance details

A current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) certificate is required before a filming permit will be issued.
Does the company name match the name insured on the Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
