Knox Sport and Leisure Awards

The Club Person of the Year Award is awarded to volunteers who have made a significant contribution to their club.

Please make sure you read the information about each award category and eligibility criteria on the Knox Sport and Leisure Awards web page.

Nominations close 9:00 am Tuesday 10 March 2026.

Eligibility criteria

To be considered for this award, the nominee must meet all the following requirements:

must volunteer for a Knox-based club
must be an unpaid volunteer (volunteers who receive allowances or honorariums are eligible)
not have won any awards at the Knox Sport and Leisure Awards in the last two years
Junior nominees must be 17 years of age or younger on 10 June 2026
Adult nominees must be 18 years of age or older on 10 June 2026.
